|3||Agree the moving date, called “Completion”, with you and the Buyers Solicitor.|
|4||Re-pay your mortgages, pay any Estate Agent and other expenses, send any balance to you or use it to buy your new home.|
|1||Apply for Searches, check the Contract Papers and any HIP, raise questions on paperwork.|
|2||Report to you on the Searches, Contract Papers, answers to any questions and any Mortgage you are having.|
|3||Agree the “Completion” date with the Sellers Solicitors, Transfer the purchase monies, deal with Stamp Duty and Land Registry formalities.|
|4||Send you and any Lender copies of the Title showing you as the new owner.|
