Legal Aid SchemeSanders & Co. is one of the few firm's in this area who continue to be able to offer legal advice under Public Funding (Legal Aid). If you are in receipt of income support, income based job seekers allowance or guaranteed state pension credit you will automatically qualify for Legal Aid. Even if you are earning, you may still qualify for Legal Aid and we would be happy to undertake an assessment of your means (income less expenditure) taking into account certain allowances, ie for children, partners and living costs. In some cases even if you do not qualify for Legal Aid, we may be able to seek a reduction in your court fees, should the matter proceed that far.
